And I finally emailed Amazon customer service and said I hadn’t received it, even though the tracker says it was delivered last Monday.

They apologized and issued a full refund to my card.

This is the second package goof up I’ve experienced in my many, many years buying from Amazon, and I gotta say that while I’m irritated at the circumstances, I’m very pleased with how they handled it. Kudos, Amazon. You’re still my e-tail go-to.
