This week, a teacher was suspended for posting her student’s work on Facebook and bitching about the student’s grammar. We ran some of the online discussion on our editorial page, and it often falls to me to clean the grammar and usage on this page. I nearly choked on the irony today.
So here I am bitching on social media about the grammar of people who bitch on social media about a teacher bitching on social media about her student’s grammar.
And I’m wondering how deep this rabbit hole goes.
